  • We serve 11:30am - 9pm every day of the week.

  • Catering Pick Up Orders have a $200 minimum. Catering delivery orders have a $400 minimum. For take out and delivery orders under $200 CLICK HERE.

  • Deliveries available up to 20 miles, for further deliveries please inquire.

  • We offer chafing dishes and sternos to keep your food warm!

  • For Pick-Up and Delivery Catering Orders we require 36 hours minimum notice.

  • Weekends are a popular time for events. Please expect a less timely response as we’re often busy serving guests delicious BBQ.

    Brisket, Pulled Pork, Rib Tips, Turkey, Jackfruit: 1/4 - 1/2LB per person.

    Chicken: 1 Whole Chicken = 5 Servings

    Pork Ribs: 1 Rack = 10 Bones / 5 Servings

    Dinosaur Beef Rib: 1 Bone / 2-3 Servings

    Texas Red Hot Link: 1 Link / 1-2 Servings

  • Party Trays are sampler packages, with a set amount of each item.

    Guests may try a little of everything or more of certain items.

    For Custom Que Packages, we tailor the amounts of each item to your

    party size. There may be less variety than in a Party Tray,

    but there will be enough of everything for all of your guests

  • There is a $200 minimum for Catering orders. Catering delivery orders have a $400 minimum. Smaller orders under $200 can be placed as takeout/delivery at bludsosbbq.com

  • Good things take time! We require at least 36 hours for catering orders. All our meat is seasoned with our custom dry rubs & smoked low & slow for up to 14 hours.

  • Your food will be ready to serve upon pickup / delivery. Most items are packaged in standard full or half-size aluminum pans. Condiments and smaller amounts of sides come in quart or pint-size containers.

  • One chafer kit includes:

    1 Chafer, 1 full-size pan, and 2 half pans, sternos, disposable serving utensils, and a set-up guide.

    1 half pan fits approximately:

    - 6lbs Brisket/Pulled Pork/Jackfruit/Rib Tips

    - 2.5 Chickens

    - 2.5 Racks Pork Ribs

    - 3 Racks Beef Ribs

    - 15-20 Hot Links

    Other Items that require a chafer:

    - Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Collard Greens

    - Peach Crisp

  • Each chafer holds 1 full-size pan and 2 half-size pan inserts.

    Remove any plastic wrap from the pans before putting them in the chafers.

    1. Place one (empty) full-size pan in each chafer.
    2. Fill each full-size pan with 1 inch of water.
    3. Open the sternos (use a flat tool like a spoon or screwdriver to pop o the lids).

    - If you have a stick lighter, place two sternos under each chafer and light.

    - If you have a regular lighter, wear an oven mitt or rag to protect your hands, hold the sternos and light, and place under chafers.

    4. Place two half pans of food in each chafer. They will reach full heat in about 15-20mins.
    5. Dig into your tasty BBQ buffet!

    If there are fewer pans of food than needed to completely fill the chafers, place an empty half pan in the chafer tocover the water.

  • We do not include gratuity. Any operations or delivery fees go toward our operating costs. Gratuity can be added at your own discretion and is appreciated by our delivery drivers and catering staff.
